摘要
依据CO2 焊接工艺的特点 ,设计了一种电子电抗器控制的逆变弧焊电源。当短路发生后 ,电流先保持在一较低值 ,然后以斜率可以调节的双折线规律上升。在燃弧阶段 ,调节控制回路参数 ,控制燃弧电流的变化速度 ,保证充足的燃弧能量。设计了专门的引弧和收弧电路。试验表明 ,该焊机具有飞溅小 ,成形好 ,去球效果好 。
Developed a new kind of electronic inductor controlled inverter arc welding power source.At the beginning of the short circuit,the output current could be kept at a low level,then it will rise at a high speed at first and a lower speed a short time later,in which the rising speed of short circuit current could be adjusted.During the arc period,changing rate of arc current could be adjusted by modulating the parameter of the control circuit,which ensures the output power of the arc is big enough.Some special circuits are used to improve the welding process at the arc beginning and the ending.It is proved that the low spatter,good weld bead,easy ignition,no ball on the top of wire is the characteristic of this kind of inverter power source.
