YG30硬质合金与45钢TIG焊接头组织中η相 被引量:25

摘要 选用Ni-Fe合金和纯Ni焊丝对YG30硬质合金与 4 5钢进行了TIG焊试验。用扫描电镜、WDX成份分析等对焊接接头中 η相的形貌、分布、化学成份进行了分析。结果得出 ,η相分布于YG30 /焊缝界面区域 ,并在界面处聚集长大。当Fe浓度在YG30中达约 4 0 % (摩尔分数 )时 ,WC分解成 η相 ,此时 η相中Fe浓度达 2 3% (摩尔分数 )左右 。 The tungsten inert gas arc welding of YG30/ cermat and 45 steel was carried with pure Ni and Ni Fe alloy welding wires.The scanning electronic microscope and wavelength dispersion analysis of X ray were used to analyze the morphologies,distributions,and chemical composition of η phase in welded joints.The results showed that η phases appeared,accumulated,and grown at the zones near the boundaries of YG30/ and weld metal.When the iron content was about to 40%at in YG30/ cermat,the tungsten carbides would decompose into the η phases in M 6C type of carbides with high concentration of tungsten and iron,in which iron content was about 23at%.
