理气活血渗湿法对实验性肠粘连家兔防治作用的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :研究理气活血渗湿法对实验性肠粘连家兔血液流变学的影响。方法 :对肠粘连家兔灌服理气活血渗湿方 ,每只 8 1g/kg ,连续 1 4天 ,观察其对肠粘连家兔的粘连发生率、粘连程度、红细胞压积及纤维蛋白原含量的影响。结果 :理气活血渗湿方能够降低血液粘度、减少血浆纤维蛋白原含量、促进局部的纤维蛋白溶解 ,从而改善血液循环。结论 :理气活血渗湿法可以有效地防治粘连的发生 。
