摘要
采用 HPLC法建立灯盏花药材的指纹图谱。以 Merck C1 8为色谱柱 ,采用 0 .0 2 m ol/L磷酸盐缓冲液和甲醇的梯度洗脱 ,流速 1.0 ml/min,检测波长 3 3 5 nm。精密度试验中各共有峰与灯盏乙素相对保留时间和相对峰面积的RSD均小于 3 %。
HPLC fingerprinting of the extract of Erigeron breviscapus was established. A Merck C 18 column was used, with mobile phase of 0.02 mol/L phosphate buffer solution and methanol with gradient elute. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, at detection wavelength of 335 nm. The RSD s of relative retention time and relative peak area were less than 3%.
