摘要
随着蔬菜生产的发展,盲目追求产量的增加,大量施用无机氮肥,导致蔬菜中硝酸盐含量急剧增加,对人体健康构成严重威胁,硝酸盐污染问题已成为人们关注的焦点。本文综述了国内外学者对蔬菜硝酸盐污染研究现状及其防治措施,旨在增强硝酸盐污染意识,并采取措施从生产上加以防治。
With the development of vegetable production a great deal of chemical nitrogen fertilizer has been applied to increase yield, which has raised nitrate content rapidly in vegetables and threaten human healty seriously. The problem of nitrate pollution has become the focus of people's concerns. This paper reviewed the relevent studies made by both foreigh and domestic researchers in order to enhance the consciousness to nitrate pollution and take effective measures to control it in the production.
