摘要
目的 :测定血中奥沙普秦的浓度。方法 :采用计算机辅助褶合光谱法 ,结合计算机信息处理技术 ,应用其单组分定量分析功能系统 ,对血清中奥沙普秦的浓度进行测定。结果 :线性范围是 0～ 2 8mg·L-1,回收率为 10 0 .0 % ,RSD为 0 .0 14 % (n=5 )。结论 :本法简便 ,结果准确 ,重现性好 ,可用于血清中奥沙普秦的测定。
OBJECTIVE To determine of oxaprozin in serum.METHODS With its single component function system,the computer-aided convolution cuvre method had been applied to the determination.RESULTS The linear range was 0～28 mg·L -1,was 100.0% of RSD was 0.014%(n=5).CONCLUSIONS The method is convenient, the result is reproducible for the determination of oxaprozin in the serum.
