摘要
分析了当前中国农村干群关系协调机制问题的成因 ,提出了完善转型期中国农村干群关系协调机制的新思路 :大力加强协调机制的载体建设 ,强化其服务功能 ;进一步完善协调机制自身建设 ,真正发挥协调作用 ;积极探索农村基层干部队伍建设新途径 。
The article analyses the problematical reasons of coordinating me chanism to the relationes between masses and cadres in Chinese rural areas, and puts forward the new thinking of the coordinating mechanism of the perfect transformation, we should enhance the carrying of coordination mechanism developments, and enhance the function of its service; enhance the carrying of coordination mechanism developments, and enhance the function of its service; New path of developments of grass-roots staff troops of positive quest village, promote the coordination real results.
