摘要
近年医疗事故逐渐增多 ,处理难度增大 ,已日益受到广大医务人员和全社会的关注。笔者对医疗事故的构成、等级、分类及其如何防范进行讨论。提出医疗制度必须适应市场经济体制的改革 ,医院在市场经济条件下防范医疗纠纷 ,必须懂法依法 。
