滑片压缩机滑片倾角的选择分析

摘要 滑片压缩机结构简单紧凑、运转平稳、容积效率高,目前其应用领域越来越广。滑片压缩机滑片与转子、滑片与气缸内壁之间的机械摩擦主要受滑片倾角影响。笔者对滑片压缩机的几何结构、运动情况进行了分析研究,讨论了滑片倾角对滑片运动速度、加速度的影响。研究表明,滑片沿滑片槽的相对运动速度和加速度随倾角的增大而增大,且加速度的变化率增大而不均匀;倾角为0时,滑片沿滑片槽的相对运动速度和加速度最小,且加速度的变化率最小而均匀。 A sliding vane compressor has many dominant advantages such as simple construction, no eccentric rotary parts, small size, and high volumetric efficiency etc. So it is widely used in many fields. The sliding vane dip angle influences the motion of sliding vane, friction and wear between sliding tip and cylinder inner surface. This paper presents the research of structure of vane compressor. The speed and acceleration of sliding vane influenced by dip angle was studied too. The results demonstrate that the sliding vane speed and acceleration increase with growth of dip angle, and acceleration changing rate increases too; the angle equals zero, the speed and acceleration become smallest and uniform.
