摘要
通过对复合材料的界面研究发现 ,在SiCp/ZA2 7复合材料中SiC颗粒不能作为初生α相的形核衬底 ,金属化合物CuZn4依附于SiC颗粒形核、长大。而在Al2 O3p/ZA2 7复合材料中 ,Al2 O3 颗粒和Al液有良好的浸润性 ,使α相优先在颗粒周围形核。SiCp/ZA2 7及Al2 O3p/ZA2 7复合材料界面处无反应物或反应层 ,且Al2 O3p/ZA2 7复合材料的界面结合强度优于SiCp/ZA2 7复合材料。
Through the research of the composites' interface microstructure, we find the SiC particle of SiC_p/ZA27 composites can't be the matrix on which α-phase forms while the CuZn_4 forms and precipitates coherent with the particles. But in Al_2O_ 3p /ZA27 composites, Al liquid can infix traction Al_2O_3 particles better,so α-phase forms and grows around the Al_2O_3 particles.The interface of SiC_p/ZA27 composites and Al_2O_ 3p /ZA27 composites remain its structure,there's no reaction between the matrix and particles.The strength of interface of Al_2O_ 3p /ZA27 composites is superior to SiC_p/ZA27 composites.
