摘要
文章通过对应用技术人才培养过程中实训教学的开展与运作的探讨分析,提出了实训教学必须通过实验、设计,职业技能训练、模拟与仿真实训,以及岗位实务和社会实践等环节立体进行的措施和办法。
The essay discusses about the operation of practical training in the vo-tech education,suggesting that it should be comprehensively carried out through such links as experimentation,designing,vocational skill training,simulation and analogue practical training,post practice,social practice and etc.
