摘要
本文采用双玻璃微电极细胞内刺激与记录电活动的方法,对螯虾细小神经轴突膜电生理与物理特性进行了系统的研究。结果显示:膜静息电位平均值为-71.43±4.58mV;动作电位幅值为97.62±8.4 6mV;膜电阻平均值为841.75±474.32kΩ。本研究填补了国内外有关甲壳类动物细小神经锗突膜特性资料这一空白;为我国沿海地区和部分非沿海地区从事细胞生理研究工作提供了一个易于获得的标本模型。
Electrophy siologicand physical properties of the crayfish's small ax-ons were systematicallystudied by means of intracellular stimulating and recordingtechniques with two glass microelectrodes.The results showed that the membraneresting potential was-71.4±4.58 n.V;the action potential 97.62±8.46 mV;the thr-eshold potential -51.62±5.73mV;the membrane resistance 841.75±474,32kΩ;the me-mbrane capacity 2.14±1.40 PF;and the membrane time constant 1.50ms.The abovedata of the crayfish's small axons were the first to have been gained in China andabroad.
