推进洁净煤技术产业化,促进煤炭深度加工、洁净燃烧、提高效率、减少污染,既是山西经济和社会可持续发展的需要,也是山西煤炭工业结构调整、促进煤炭工业健康发展的重要内容。山西应根据自己的资源特点,生产状况,技术及经济发展水平确定其推进洁净煤技术产业化的发展战略及政策方针。
It is not only a necessary for Shanxi economy and social sustai na ble development to advance the clean coal technology industrialization and promo te the coal deep processing with burning cleanly, and increase the coal efficien cy, reduce its pollution, but also an important for Shanxi coal industrial struc ture adjustment and promoting coal industrial development soundly. Shanxi should formulate the policy of advancing the clean coal technology industrialization a ccording to its coal resource feature, the situation of production, the technolo gy and the level of economy development.
