喉全切除术后应用电子喉发音重建的临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :探讨喉全切除术后患者应用电子喉发音的效果。方法 :对 2 6例喉全切除术后患者应用颈型电子喉发音重建 ,并对患者所发电子喉音进行计算机声学分析。结果 :2 6例无喉者应用电子喉发音均获成功 ,并均在颈侧下颌骨下方找到电子喉最佳放置部位。计算机声学分析表明电子喉音的音调扰动值和频带宽度与正常人的喉音比较差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :喉全切除术后患者应用电子喉发声讲话方便 ,易为患者所接受 ,基本能满足日常会话需要 。 Objective:To evaluate the effect of phonation of patients with electrolarynx after total laryngectomy.Methods:26 voice rehabilitation laryngectomees who used neck-type electrolarynx were studied,the electrolaryngeal voice produced by laryngectomees was analysed with computer.Results:26 laryngectomees who used electrolarynx to phonate were successful,the most appropriate position to place electrolarynx was at the lateral side of neck under the mandibula.The acoustic analysis with computer indicated that pitch perturbation and width of frequency in electrolaryngeal voice were approximated to those in normal voice ( P >0.05).Conclusion:Laryngectomees with electrolarynx were easy to phonate,electrolarynx was accepted by total laryngectomized patients,the electrolaryngeal voice could essentially satisfy the needs of ordinary conversation.
