摘要 采用人工小刀破皮、低温冷冻和浓硫酸处理研究其对野生大豆种子发芽的影响 ,实验表明 :- 6~ - 10℃低温冷冻处理野生大豆种子 1、3、5、7、9d可以一定程度的提高种子的发芽率 ;用体积分数为 0 .98的浓硫酸处理种子 8~ 10 min,对提高野生大豆种子的发芽率有明显的促进作用 ,发芽率可高达 98%。室内贮藏 1~ 4年的种子其发芽率没有明显差异。 The seed of wild soybean (Gycine soja) belong to hard seed. Its germination percentage was very low with general methods. Using the machinery method of damaging seed coat could raise their germination percentage. The effect on seed germinations by using freezing seed and dipping it in sulfuric acid were studied in this paper. The result showed that low temperature freezing could increase the germination percentage of the wild soybean and the germination percentage reached its peak on the 5th day, and that dense sulfuric acid treatment had obvious effect on improve the germination percentage of wild soybean seed which could be increased to 98%. Seed storage period had no obvious effect on germination percentage of wild soybean.
