摘要
用Ar、O2 、N2 、及Ar/O2 低温等离子体处理聚烯烃膜 ,通过接触角测量 ,观察了不同等离子体、不同处理条件对聚烯烃膜浸润性的影响。以X光电子能谱 (XPS)和显微扫描电镜 (SEM )等为手段 ,探讨并比较了不同等离子体对聚烯烃膜的表面改性及刻蚀作用。结果表明 :采用不同的等离子体处理的聚烯烃样品的亲水性提高程度不同 ,其中以Ar/O2 混合气体等离子处理的聚乙烯样品亲水性提高最大 ,O2 对聚四氟乙烯的刻蚀作用最强。
Polyolefin films were treated by low temperature plasmas(Ar、O 2、N 2、Ar/O 2), the hydrophilicity of the samples was investigated and compared at different treatment conditions by means of contact angle, and surface structure analysis of polyolefin films was conducted and compared via XPS and SEM The results showed that the hydrophilicity improvement of the samples was different for different plasmaes treating, the hydrophilicity improvement of PE treated by Ar/O 2 plasma was the best, and the etching of PTFE treated by O 2 plasma was serious
