摘要
采煤机的摇臂壳是加工的关键 ,难度较大 ,镗削的镗杆太长 ,不能保证工件的加工质量 ,为此设计了安装在花盘上的套筒式镗刀架 ,根据工件形状设计了两组刀夹 ,调整刀头加工不同尺寸的圆柱面 。
Ranging arm box of the coal mining machine is the key,and difficulty is big and boring bar is too long to ensure the machining quality of workpiece,so design sheathing bore tool_carring device to set on the cutting tray and basied on the workpiece shape design two groups tool holder,regulate tool head to process different size cylinder and ensure coaxial degree.
