摘要 分布式光纤测温技术是稠油热采井下温度测试新技术,它是利用喇曼散射光中的斯托克斯(Stokes)光和反斯托克斯(anti-Stokes)光的强度与温度有关的原理进行分布式温度测量。这种测温系统主要由分布式温度测试仪(DTS)、光纤管(温度传感器)和与DTS仪器接口相配套的数据处理器3部分组成。系统测试深度0~2 100 m;测温范围0~370℃;测温距离分辨率1 m;测温精度±1℃;测温时间3 min。室内试验和胜利油田有限公司草桥区块油田CN8-3注汽井的现场测试表明,可一次测量出整个井筒的温度剖面,整套测量设备操作安全可靠,测量误差达到设计要求。 The distributed optical fiber temperature monitoring technology is a new downhole temperature testing technology for use in thermal recovery wells. The optical fiber temperature monitoring system utilizes the Stockes and anti-Stockes light in Raman scattering light as well as OTDR principle to realize temperature measurement. It is mainly comprised of distributed temperature test system(DTS), optical tubes(temperature sensors) and data processing unit matched with the DTS interface. The test depth of the system is 0-2100 m; temperature tested ranges from 0-370 ℃; the distance resolution is 1 m; temperature test accuracy is ±1 ℃ and test time is 3 minutes. Lab test and field test show that the system can be used to measure reliably and safely the temperature profile of the whole wellbore once with reasonable error.
