肉用仔鸡硫胺素需要量研究 被引量:11

摘要 在饲料中添加不同水平的硫胺素分别对0~3、4~7周龄肉仔鸡进行饲养试验 ,观察硫胺素对肉仔鸡生长发育及组织中硫胺素含量的影响。试验表明 :饲粮中硫胺素含量对2周龄前肉仔鸡的体增重无显著影响(P>0.05);日粮中添加高于1.0mg/kg 的硫胺素显著提高3周龄和4~7周龄肉仔鸡的体增重(P<0.01) ;胸肌和腿肌中硫胺素含量与饲粮中硫胺素的水平密切相关 ,均随饲粮中硫胺素水平的增加而显著增加 ,而血液中硫胺素含量相对稳定 ;腿肌中硫胺素含量是评价肉仔鸡日粮硫胺素营养状况的相对敏感指标。在本试验条件下 ,0~3和4~7周龄肉鸡的硫胺素需要量分别为4.0mg/kg 和1.6mg/kg。 In two trials,the dose response assay was used to investigate the effect of thiamin on the growth rate of broiler chicken.450one-day-old birds in experiment one and500twenty-one-day-old birds in experiment two were allocated to6dietary treatmentas,respectively.The experimental diets were composed of the basal diets containing thiamin0,0.5,1.0,2.0,3.0,4.0mg/kg during0~3week age in experiment1and0,0.4,0.8,1.2,1.6,2.0mg/kg during4~7week age in experiment2,respectiveˉly.The thiamin contents in the experimental diets didn't effect the body weight gain(BG),feed intake(FI)and feed conversion(FCR)of the chicks during the period of0~2week age.When more than1.0mg/kg of the thiamin was added to the diets,the body weight gain and the thiamin content in the tissues of the birds increased significantly during the periods of3and4~7week age,respectively.The thiamin content in the chest and leg muscle of the birds were closely related to the level of dietary thiamin and obviously increased as dietary thiamin was raised(P<0.01),while thiamin content of blood was relˉatively steady.Furthermore,the thiamin content in the leg muscle of the broiler chicken was the most sensitive index in moniforing the thiamin content of chick diet.In conclusion,the thiamin requirement of the chicks of0~3and4~7week age was4.0mg/kg and1.6mg/kg respectively under this experimental condition.
