2002年乌鲁木齐113株淋球菌抗生素耐药性检测分析 被引量：2

摘要 2 0 0 2年 1～ 10月在乌鲁木齐的两家性病门诊淋病患者中分离到 113株淋球菌 ,经对五种抗生素 (青霉素、四环素、环丙沙星、头孢三嗪和大观霉素 )的药物敏感性测定 ,结果显示PPNG菌株 10株占 8.8% ,TRNG菌株 11株占 9.7% ,环丙沙星耐药 78株占 69.3 % ,头孢三嗪和大观霉素无耐药菌株发生 ,表明在我区治疗淋病的首选药物应该是头孢三嗪和大观霉素。
