摘要
在 0 .0 4mol·L- 1Na2 HPO4 KH2 PO4 (pH 8.0 )底液中 ,氯化十六烷基吡啶在汞电极上峰电位 - 1.35V(vs .SCE)处产生灵敏的还原波 ,其浓度在 0~ 0 .6mg·L- 1范围内与极谱波二阶导数的峰高 (H)呈正比 ,检出限 (3S/k)为 0 .0 1mg·L- 1。该极谱波具有吡啶阳离子表面活性剂的典型特征 ,特异性强 ,多种共存物质无干扰。用于生活饮用水中吡啶阳离子表面活性剂总量的测定 。
In a 0.04mol·L -1 Na 2HPO 4 KH 2PO 4 buffer solution of pH 8.0, a sensitive reduction wave of cetyl pyridinium chloride (CPC) was observed at the dropping mercury electrode with a potential of E p -1.35V ( vs . SCE). Values of 2nd derivative of the peak current ( i p) were found to be directly proportional to the concentration of CPC in the range 0~0.6mg·L -1 , with a detection limit of 0.01mg·L -1 (3 S/k ). The reduction wave was characteristic and specific for pyridinium cationic surfactants, and was free of interferences from many coexisting substances. It has been applied satisfactorily to the determination of total content of pyridinium cationic surfactants in drinking water.
