摘要
以某种地面火箭试验系统为物理样机原型,在高性能工作站上建立了对应的虚拟样机试验系统,进行了地面火箭系统虚拟试验方面的研究工作,使用5级路面谱进行了系统的虚拟试验,获得了该数字系统模型较为完整的虚拟试验数据及其结构对性能影响的数据,为基于地面火箭试验系统的物理设计提供必要的基础技术支持。
A virtual prototype solid modeling of ground rocket experiment system has been built in high performance workstation according to its physical model. 5th class rail surface spectrum has been employed to carry through the virtual system experiment on the ADAMS platform. The experiment data and physical geometry structure influence factor obtained from the system provide basic theory and technical support for the design of ground rocket experiment system. The result shows that the test rig data in virtual prototype of digital model is consistent with physical ground rocket experiment system and the virtual system could substitute real experiment in some extent.
