摘要
传统的观察血管的方法需将组织制成切片,然后通过光学显微镜进行观察。显示的只是血管的某一片段,而无法观察到血管的全貌。应用激光扫描共聚焦显微镜,可对活体动物血管进行断层成像,从而再现血管的结构。本方法为对肿瘤等病变组织血管进行研究提供了一种新的检测手段。
In traditional method of observing blood vessels, the samples must be made to be sections and then observed with microscope, in which only fragments of the blood vessels are observed and the full view of the blood vessels cannot. In this paper, we demonstrated a new method to study the morphology and structure of the blood vessels of tumor by laser scanning confocal microscope (LSCM). With the LSCM, we successfully realized high quality in vivo imaging of tumor blood vessels.
