摘要
社区卫生服务是在“双重负担”的疾病形势下 ,与生物—心理—社会医学模式相适应的新的卫生服务形式。由于流行病学的研究目标、实践功能与社区卫生服务的一致性 ,决定了其在社区卫生服务中的重要地位。目前 ,由于观念的陈旧、工作思路的狭窄、网络的不完善和人员能力的欠缺 ,制约了流行病学在社区卫生服务中的作用。文章进一步提出了转变观念、扩展流行病学工作内容、健全预防保健网络、提高人员技能等措施 。
Community Health Services (CHS) is a new form of the health service which accords with the 'double burden' disease situation and the bio psycho social medical model The coherence of study aims and practice functions in Epidemiology and CHS decides the importance of Epidemiology in CHS Presently, the factors including the obsolete concepts, the narrow train of thought, the imperfection of wed, the deficiency of capacity of the personnel restrict the effects of Epidemiology in CHS The measures of trtansformation of conceipts, extension of the content of Epidemiology, perfection of the wed of prevention and health care, improvement of the skills of CHS personnel should be put forward in order to dev elop the important functions of Epidemiology in CHS
