摘要
提出了等效役龄的概念,建立了预防性维修周期间故障率的递推关系,并以故障时间符合威布尔分布的设备为例,构建可靠度约束条件下有限时间区间的预防性维修策略的优化模型,克服了无限时间区间优化模型的不可操作的缺点。模型可为维修计划的制订和现场的作业调度提供决策支持。
The recursion relation between preventive maintenance (PM) cycle is built up concerning with the concept of effective age. And the optimal PM policy model satisfying the reliability constraints in finite time horizon of the equipment following Weibull distribution is proposed. This approach avoids the shortcoming of mathematical model in infinite time horizon and can be used to aid scheduling the maintenance plan and providing decision support for job shop scheduling.
