摘要
电子束扫描焊接作为一种细化晶粒的焊接方法,对于不同的材料,有不同的细化效果。采用T-250马氏体时效钢为试验材料,初步研究了电子束扫描焊接对焊缝凝固组织、元素偏析及其对焊接接头强度和缺口冲击韧度的影响。并分析了电子束扫描焊接对断口形貌的影响。结果表明,采用电子束扫描焊接后,焊缝凝固组织细化、元素偏析降低;焊接接头强度和缺口冲击韧度提高。
E le ctron beam scanning welding(EBSW)is one of the grain-refined welding methods ,as to different base metal,it has different refined results.In this paper ,T-250maraging steel was used as experiment material,The relationship bet ween EBSW and solidification structures,element segregation,ultimate tensile strength and charp-V-notch (CVN)impact toughness of weld metal have been stu died.The results indicate:after useing EBSW,solidification structures was ref ined,element segregation was improved and the ultimate tensile strength and ch arp-V-notch (CVN)impact toughness of weld joint were enhanced.Also the eff ect of EBSW on fractured appearance was analyzed.
