状态维修的核心是如何基于对设备状态的评估来制定科学的维修计划。文中提出了通过对设备各类状态信息进行评分并加权处理的方法,实现对设备状态的评分,并建立了可操作的设备状态量化评估体系。还论述了有关制订电力行业《电气设备状态维修导则》的一些基本原则,主要强调了三个原则:设备状态的分析应基于试验(包括在线监测)、家族缺陷和自身质量事件;引入设备状态和试验项目的百分制评价方法;导则制订之初必须考虑数值化管理的需要。
The key issue of condition maintenance is how to work out a reasonable maintenance schedule based on the evaluation of the condition of electric power equipments. A graded approach to evaluate the condition of electric power equipments is proposed by means of grading and weighting of their condition information and a usable quantitized equipment condition evaluation system is established. Some basic principles relevant to the drafting of the Guide for Condition Maintenance of Electric Power Equipment are dissected and necessary arguments are performed. Three principles are emphasized on, i.e. analysis of equipments condition should be based on experiment (including on-line monitoring) and family quality fault events and itself quality events; hundred grade system used to evaluate equipments condition and experiment item should be introduced and employed; the necessity of digital administration should be considered at the beginning of mapping out the Guide.
