摘要
为了解决某大炮抽筒速度过大的问题,运用多刚体动力学理论和第一类拉格朗日方程,建立了某火炮抽筒过程的动力学模型,借助多体动力学分析软件ADAMS,对抽筒过程进行了动力学仿真计算,得到了不同工况下该机械的运动规律并对结果进行比较,从中选出了最佳方案,为该机构的设计和优化提供了理论依据。
To solve the problem of the container being ejected at a too high speed, the dynamic equations which describes a gun's opening block process and ejecting container process are established based on multi-body theory and the Lagrange equations of the first kind. Dynamic simulation is achieved by applying Adams and the dynamic responses on different conditions are obtained. The best scheme is selected by comparing the dynamic results in order to design and optimize this mechanism.
