摘要
选择光管、螺纹管、波纹管换热器进行传热性能实验。实验结果表明波纹管换热器的总传热系数最大 ,其次是螺纹管 ,最小是光管 ;螺纹管的管内 (热侧 )压降最大 ,其次是波纹管 ,最小是光管 ;管外 (冷侧 )三种管型压降相差不大。
According to the intensify transmit heat theory,several kinds of the exchanger tube (light tube, whorl tube,ripple tube) is chosed to do the experiment of the intensify transmit heat function.The results indicated:the total transmit heat coefficient of ripple tube is the largest,then the whorl tube and the third the light tube;the pressure drop in the whorl tube (hot side) is the largest, then the ripple tube and the third the light tube;the pressure drop out of the tube (cold side) has hardly any difference finally.The triple tubes for the tube type of the reform exchanger is determined.
