摘要
肝干细胞又称肝卵圆细胞 ,在一定病生理条件下可向肝细胞和胆管上皮细胞、胰腺外分泌上皮等有限的几种组织细胞分化 ,具有多向分化增殖潜力 ,体外培养肝干细胞将为生物型人工肝提供一种新的细胞来源 ,肝干细胞移植不但可以替代坏死的肝组织 ,还可以刺激受体组织再生以达自身修复 ,治疗急性或亚急性肝坏死 ;同时为基因治疗提供新的可能。本文将就肝干细胞分类、表面标志、来源。
Hepatic stem cell (hepatic oval cell) is capable of differentiating into cholangiocytes,hepatocytes and pancreatic cells et al in condition that liver was injured severely by varous cause while mature hepatocyte replication was inhibited,hepatic stem cells cultured in vitro would provide a novel cell source for bioartificial liver,hepatic stem cell transplantation not only restore the necrotic tissue,but also simulate the liver regeneration of acute or subacute hepatic failure,it also offer the novel and exciting possibility of gene therapy.Inthis paper,we review the classification,identification marker,origin,isolation method of liver stem cell,and also discribe its advances in human liver disease.
