摘要
设计了一种多通道气垫装置实验台,对多通道气垫平台进行实验研究,得到气垫内流场的压力分布. 应用计算流体力学商用软件PHOENICS模拟计算了与实验条件相同的流场,与实验结果的比较表明,计算结果基本反映了气垫流场压力分布的主要特征,为气垫性能的改进与优化提供了理论依据.
The experiment facility of the multi-passage air-cushion platform is presented. The experimental study on multi-passages air-cushion platform is carried out to measure the pressure distribution of the air flow inside. Commercial CFD software PHOENICS is employed to simulate the same flow field. Comparison of the computational results with the experimental data shows that numerical results basically indicate the flow features of the air-cushion and can provide the theoretic evaluation to improve the air-cushion design.
