摘要
目的 观察眼伤宁口服液对角膜穿透切口病理改变的影响。方法 67只 (1 3 4只眼 )兔随机分为羧甲基纤维素对照组 ,眼伤宁高剂量、低剂量组 ,消炎痛对照组。利用HE、MSB、AB染色结合电子计算机图像分析技术和体视学方法对角膜切口区的炎性反应程度、上皮层、基质层、后弹力层和内皮层的愈合进行观察 ,并定量测定角膜瘢痕厚度、切口区的基质黑度、基质细胞面积、基质胶原纤维夹角。结果 眼伤宁口服液治疗组的角膜炎性反应程度、瘢痕厚度及胶原纤维夹角均明显低于羧甲基纤维素对照组和消炎痛对照组 ;上皮层、基质层、后弹力层、内皮层的愈合较羧甲基纤维素对照组和消炎痛对照组快。结论 眼伤宁口服液能明显减轻角膜炎性反应 ,促进角膜切口早期愈合及减轻角膜瘢痕。
OBJECTIVE To study the influence of yanshangning(眼伤宁)oral liquid on the pathologic changes in corneal incision of rabbit. METHODS Sixty-seven rabbits(134 eyes) were divided random into carboxymethylcellulose control group,yanshangning group with high dose,yanshangning group with low dose, and indomethacin control group.The degrees of corneal incision inflammation, the healing process of epithelium, stroma, Descemet′s membrane, endothelium were observed. The thickness of corneal scar, stromal black degree, stromal cell and the angle of corneal collagenous fibers were measured quantitatively using hematoxylin and eosin(HE) staining, MSB staining, AB staining with computer image analysis system and stereology. RESULTS The degrees of corneal inflammation,the thickness of corneal scar and the angle of collagenous fibers were lower in the yanshangning oral liquid than those in both carboxymethylcellulose and indomethacin control groups.The healing of epithelium, stroma, Descemet′s membrane and endothelium were faster in yanshangning group than those in the control groups. CONCLUSION Yanshangning oral liquid can alleviate notably the inflammation of corneal incision, and improve concrescence of corneal incision and decrease corneal scar.
