摘要
目的 观察中西医结合治疗原发性开角型青光眼的疗效。方法 选择 58例 (1 0 3只眼 )原发性开角型青光眼患者 ,随机分为两组 ,对照组接受噻吗心安滴眼液治疗 ,观察组在应用噻吗心安的同时加用中药青光眼方 ,对两组患者的眼压、视力和视野变化进行比较。结果 两组都有显著的降眼压作用 ,两组都有保护视力和视神经的作用。结论 应用中药治疗原发性开角型青光眼具有较好的保护视神经的作用。
OBJECTIVE To study on treating of primary open angle glaucoma by integrated traditional and western medicine. METHODS Fifty-eight patients with primary open angle glaucoma were divided randomly into two groups. The patients were treated with timolol in the control group, and treated with timolol and qingguangyan(青光眼) compound in the observed group. Intraocular pressure, visual field, and visual acuity were compared between two groups. RESULTS Intraocular pressure was controlled in the two groups, and there was an protection to optic nerve in the two groups. Effect was better in observed group than in control group. CONCLUSION Traditional Chinese medicine could be effect in treatment of primary open angle glaucoma for protection to optic nerve.
