摘要
目的 :探讨癌基因蛋白C erbB 2 (C erbB 2oncoproteins,C erbB 2 )、表皮生长因子受体 (epidermalgrowthfactorreceptor,EGFR)、ras癌基因产物P2 1(rasoncogenicprotein 2 1,P2 1)共同表达对胆囊癌细胞增殖的影响。方法 :应用免疫组化SP法对 5 1例胆囊癌组织标本进行了C erbB 2、EGFR、P2 1蛋白的测定 ,同时进行了增殖细胞核抗原 (proliferationcellnuclearantigen ,PCNA)的测定。结果 :3种癌基因蛋白全部阳性及C erbB 2和EGFR同时阳性的胆囊癌细胞PCNA指数高于 3种蛋白全部阴性组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :C erbB 2、EGFR和P2 1蛋白共同表达及C erbB
Objective:To study the influence between co expression of C erbB 2,EGFR and P21 protein in gallbladder carcinoma on the proliferation of the tumor cell.Methods:The expression of C erbB 2,EGFR,P21 protein and PCNA in tissues of 51 gallbladder carcinoma were studied by SP method.Results:The index of PCNA in carcinoma of the co expression of C erbB 2,EGFR and P21 protein,the co expression of C erbB 2 and EGFR was higher than that in those without any expression(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are high rate of tumor cell proliferation in the co expression of C erbB 2,EGFR and P21 protein and the co expression of C erbB 2 and EGFR.
