摘要
采用RNG(重整化群)k ε模型对旋喷结合分解炉内的气相流场进行了数值模拟,通过改变分解炉的中部缩口尺寸、上部柱体尺寸和下部柱体尺寸的结构参数以及入口气流的流速,在不同条件下得到了炉内的流场分布情况,并进行了比较和分析,为分解炉的结构优化设计提供了参考依据.
A numerical simulation of flowfield in the spiraled and sprayed precalcier based on RNG kε model was introduced.Under different conditions, different flowfields can be obtained by changing the construction parameters of the middle necking, upcylinder and undercylinder and the velocity of entrance boundaries.The compared and analyzed results can supply references and information for optimization of flowfields and constructiondesign of the precalciner.
