pH微电极法原位直接测定海水微表层的厚度 被引量:2

摘要 借助pH微电极和超微游标移动装置,首次提出和建立了原位直接测定海水微表层厚度的方法,这是海水微表层取样和研究上的重大创新。应用直线相交法,测定的海水微表层厚度约60μm;这不仅与按传统的平板玻璃法和“海水物理-化学突变层”测定的海水厚度为(50±10)μm一致,也与国际文献报道的结果一致。文中方法在海洋化学上将有重要的海洋生物地球化学意义。
