摘要
采用二因素最优化设计方案 ,研究了培养基中C源、N源含量对水稻纹枯病菌生长的影响。结果表明在实验范围内〔C源 (淀粉 )含量 :5~ 5 5mg/mL ,氮源 (天冬酰胺 )含量 :0 .0 5~3.95mg/mL〕 ,N源对菌丝的生长、菌核鲜重及粒数的影响大于C源。根据综合分析 ,培养基中的C源和N源分别以 45~ 47.5mg/mL及 2 .78~ 3.1 7mg/mL的组配对水稻纹枯病菌生长较为有利。
This experiment studied on the effects of carbon source and nitrogen source of Rhizoctonia solani by adopting two factors of optimum design.The result showed that nitrogen source had stronger effect on hapha growth, weight of sclerotium and numbers of sclerotium than carbon source under tested range (starch:5~55mg/mL ,asparagin:0.05~3.95mg/mL ) by analysising synthetically. The medium containing starch of 45~47.5mg/mL and that containing asparagin of 2.78~3.17mg/mL respectively were effective for growth of Rhizoctonia solani.
