在今天市场全球化过程中,以创新为战略的企业日益体会到传统的组织结构在组织管理中所暴露的弊端和带来的麻烦。为此从要素与原因两个方面探讨了创新型企业构建扁平化无边界组织结构的必要性,并提出了五种切实可行的构建扁平化无边界组织结构的方法。
