摘要
研究了大规模生产定向排列多壁碳纳米管的工艺。研究结果表明控制工艺参数 ,可以大幅度提高定向排列多壁碳纳米管的产率 ,使其达到用载体催化剂制造碳纳米管的水平。
The process producing aligned array multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) on a large scale was investigated. The experiment results show that the yield of aligned array MWCNT deposited on the glass wafer can be greatly enhanced through careful control of the parameters in deposition. The productivity may reach the same level as that by chemical catalyst growth method.
