双组分聚氨酯纸塑复合胶粘剂的研制 被引量:3

摘要 采用溶剂法合成了一种具有较高固含量、低粘度、贮存稳定的纸塑复合用双组分聚氨酯胶粘剂。探讨了扩链剂用量、NCO/OH摩尔比、双组分胶粘剂配比等因素对胶粘剂性能的影响,并用红外光谱仪对双组分聚氨酯胶粘剂的固化过程进行了表征。结果表明,控制NCO/OH摩尔比值在0.97~0.99之间,聚醚/扩链剂/TDI摩尔比为O,64/0.38/1.00时,合成的聚氨酯复合胶的主剂固含量高、粘度较低,贮存稳定。主剂与固化剂的质量比以10:(1~1.5)为宜。 The polyurethane prepolymer were prepared from polyether polyol, glycol, toluene diisocyanate. The two-component polyurethane adhesive was comprised of the prepolymer and the crosslinking agent which is made from trimethylolpropane and toluene diisocyanate. Effects of extender agent glycol, molar ratio of NCO/OH and the weight ratio of two-component adhesive on properties were investigated, and the curing process of the adhesive was characterized by IR. The results show that the prepolymer have high solid content, low viscosity and storage stability, when controlling the molar ratio of polyether/EG/TDI is controlled to 0.64/0.38/1.00 in the synhesis of the prepolymer.The two-component polyurethane paper-plastic lamination adhesive have better properties when mixing the prepolymer and the crosslinking a-gent at the mass ratio of 10: (1~1.5).
