局限曲霉产β-葡聚糖酶发酵特性的研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究了局限曲霉(Aspergillusrestrictus)QY-003产β-葡聚糖酶的条件。结果表明,最适碳源为大麦粉,氮源为硫酸铵;最适初始发酵pH为6.0;最适接种量为每瓶1ml孢子悬液(孢子悬液的浓度为2.5×107cell/ml);最适的发酵温度为32℃;500ml三角瓶发酵液的装量为80ml;发酵周期为72h,酶活达到1898.52u/ml,比初始的产酶水平提高了3倍。 The factors affecting Aspergillus restrictus QY-00 3 for猓璯lucanase production have been investigated,the optimal conditions were that carbon and nitrogen sources were barley meal and ammonium sulfate,respecri vely,initial pH6.0,shaken at32℃for72h,80ml medium volume in500 ml triangle flask。The results indicated that when being the optimum medium and fermentation conditions,the activity of猓璯lucanase produced by QY-003cou ld reach1898.52u/ml ,being4times as much as that of the initial design .
