摘要
用直接混合法 ,研制以苯乙烯 -丁二烯 -苯乙烯嵌段共聚物 (SBS)改性沥青 ,并对它的软化点、低温柔性、储存稳定性和微观形态结构进行了研究。研究结果表明 :当SBS的含量在 10 %~ 15 %之间变化时 ,随着SBS含量的增加 ,改性沥青的软化点升高 ,低温柔性变好 ,改性沥青的储存稳定性变好 ,沥青的分散结构变得越来越细 ,改性沥青的微观形态结构由“互穿网络”结构转变为以沥青为分散相 ,SBS为连续相的“海岛”结构。
A SBS modified asphalt can be obtained by adding SBS into asphalt. Its softening point, low temperature brittleness, storage stability and microscopic structure are studied. The experimental result shows that when the content of SBS is increased from 10% to 15%, the softening point of modified asphalt rises, and its low temperature brittleness and storage stability is improved. The dispersing structure of asphalt becomes fine. The microscopic structure of modified asphalt changes from Interpenetrating Network Structure into 'Seas and Islands'Structure in which asphalt is the dispersed phase and SBS is the successive phase.
