摘要
环糊精及其衍生物不仅与简单客体分子包合 ,也与过渡金属配合物发生包合作用 ,其中环糊精衍生物与过渡金属配合物的包合作用 ,可通过环糊精修饰形成金属离子加冠环糊精主体分子 ,再与有机配体分子包合以及发生相互作用来实现。
Aim Investigation of the cyclodextrin and its derivative inclusion coordination not only with guest molecule, and also with transition metal complexes. Method Inclusion coordination of cyclodextrin derivative with transition metal can be obtained by polishing cyclodextrin to get the metal Capped Cyclodextrin, then inclusion coordinate with organic ligands. Result Cyclodextrin and its derivatives inclusion coordinate with guest molecules product supermoleculers, such as Catenaane, Rotaxane, Polyrotaxane. Conclusion The cyclodextrin inclusion complexes have been extensively investigated and its special function have already been showed in business.
