摘要 应用XRD分析 ,观察到在标准配比的条件下 ,酸碱度的变化引起粉末样品的X射线谱谱线加宽。用XPS证明钒酸钇晶体颜色加深以及晶体内部存在的包裹体与形成低价钒酸盐有关。通过拟合给出四价钒元素在整个钒元素中所占的比例为 9.2 %。 The XRD experiments showed that the change of the pH results in different width of XRD lines of YVO 4 crystals for which the material were obtained by the same stoichiometric ratio.The XPS experiments proved that the low chemical valence state of V in YVO 4 crystal could result in the emergence of the inclusions and the more heavier color.It was calculated by analog that the V 4+ accounts for 9.2% of the V element in the YVO 4 crystal.
