高浓度(10-4mol/L)的茉莉酸甲酯(methyljasmonate,MeJA)和(10-4~10-6mol/L)脱落酸(abscisicacid,ABA)对绿豆下胚轴的生长均有抑制作用,ABA的抑制效果比MeJA明显。低浓度(10-9~10-7mol/L)的MeJA却有轻微的促进作用,但ABA有轻微的抑制作用。实验表明,MeJA影响下胚轴的生长,主要是通过胞壁的离子结合型的过氧化物酶和IAA氧化酶起作用,ABA则主要是通过可溶性POD和IAA氧化酶影响绿豆下胚轴的生长。
At high concentration,methyl jasmonate (MeJA, 10-4 mol/L ) and abscisic acid (ABA, 10-6~10-4 mol/L) inhibited the growth of mungbean hypocotyls. The inhibitory effects of ABA were more intense than that of MeJA. At low concentration, MeJA(10-9~10-7mol/L) showed slight promotion to the growth of mungbean hypocotyls by contrast with slight inhibitation of ABA. The results show that MeJA exerted its role on growth of mungbean hypocotyls through affecting the ionically bound cell wall peroxidase and ionically bound cell wall IAAoxidase, however, ABA affected the growth of mungbean hypocotyls by soluble POD and IAAoxidase.
