摘要
对新铁炮百合(Liliumformolongi)抗热性鉴定的热锻炼温度及在该温度胁迫下的生理生化变化进行了研究.结果表明,38℃为新铁炮百合的最佳热锻炼温度;在38℃胁迫下,新铁炮百合叶片相对含水量降低,脯氨酸含量增加,且品系间的差异比较明显,随着高温胁迫时间的延长,细胞膜热稳定性逐渐降低,抗热性强的品系比抗热性弱的品系保持更大的膜稳定性.丙二醛含量的变化与各品系间的抗热性没有明显的相关性,不宜作为新铁炮百合的抗热性鉴定指标.
The heatacclimatized temperature of heatresistance evaluation and physiologicalbiochemical changes of Lilium formolongi were studied in this experiment. The results showed that the temperature of 38℃ was the best acclimatized temperature. Under the temperature stress, the relative water content of leaves in Lilium formolongi reduced, the proline content increased, and obviously differentiated among the lines. With the increase of stress, cell membrane thermostability decreased gradually, the heatresistant lines maintained greater membrane thermostability than the heatsensitive lines. There was not obvious correlation between MDA content and heatresistance among different lines, so MDA content could not be used as a biochemical index of heatresistance evaluation of Lilium formolongi.
