摘要
遵循庇古税(即环境税)对今人现行环境污染的控制→生态税既对今人现行环境污染的控制,又对前人恶化生态进行治理的技术路线,从理论与实践的角度,提出探讨研究生态税的内容与方法等问题。
To go by the technical route of Pigou taxes (green taxes) about the control of present environmental pollution-eco-taxes about not only the control of present environmental pollution but also the regulation to the aggravated environment formerly, from the direction of theory and practice, clarifies these issues such as contents and methods on studying eco-taxes.
