摘要
在大型框架剪力墙结构中采用清水混凝土的作法,可简化施工、降低成本、加速工程进度,并大大减少工程使用后的维修工作量和维修费用。本文以中国民航货运中心工程为例,详细介绍了测量放线、钢筋配料尺寸控制、钢筋接头绑扎、防止钢筋位移的措施,墙、柱、梁模板支拆、混凝土配制、浇捣等施工技术和清水混凝土的质量检测标准,在介绍该项技术的综合经济效果后,得出了结合工程特点合理设计清水混凝土,可获得良好的综合技术经济效果的结论。
The construction technology of plain concrete wall method for the large scale R. C. frame shearwall structures can simplify construction, reduce cost, accelerate rate of procedure and save a great deal of maintenance work and operation cost after buildings' completion. Taking in this article, the CAAC's freight transport centre project as an example, it has demonstrated in detail about the following works namely: the construction survey and setting-out, the reinforcement fabrication and control, the bars' binding and connection, the measures for prevention of bars' displacement, the form scaffolding and stripping of walls, beams and columns, the concrete mix design, the pouring techniques of concrete and the quality standard and control of the plain concrete wall etc. In the final analy- sis, it has well integrated with the unique features of this type of buildings and gained a good, comprehensive, technical and economical efficiency.
