摘要
基于刀具接近方向和零件的形位公差要求,研究了一种在加工中心切削加工工件时自动形成装夹规划的算法,从而实现了工艺路线的最佳化。
In this study, a setup plan minimizing the number of setups is proposed by reasoning constraint graphs representing tool approach directions as well as geometric tolerances. First, machining features will be grouped into one setup according to possible tool approach directions for machining. Next, on the basis of the geometric tolerances, features of the setups can be sifted and the final setup plan is generated. For automating the setup plan, an efficent algorithm is developed on machining centers.
