摘要
通过添加ZrSiO4对高铝制品抗热震性能影响的研究 ,认为其机理是在高温下ZrSiO4生成ZrO2 ,ZrO2 相变形成显微裂纹增韧 ,裂纹扩展及显微结构改善 ,提高了制品的热震稳定性。
The effect of ZrSiO 4 on thermal shock resistance of high alumina products has been studied. It is considered that the mechanism which the addition of ZrSiO 4 produce ZrO 2 at high temperature. ZrO 2 transformation product microcrevices increases the rupture toughness, then improves the thermal shock resistance of products is that the microcrevices expand and the microstructure improvement.
